Periodic training
Supported by the non-profit entities that we advise, we develop training programs for the different areas of the companies. In labor issues, conferences are held on benefit plans, salary flexibility, management of disciplinary processes, negotiations for the termination of employment contracts, hiring foreign personnel, among others. In the commercial area, personnel are trained in the management of different contracting models, commercial offers, personal data management, intellectual property protection, and dispute resolution.
