She has extensive experience in the health sector, technology, outsourcing companies (BPO), call centers, non-profit organizations focused on education, health, aeronautical services and construction.
TYLA KELLOGG GLEISER
Lawyer and Social Communicator from the Universidad Javeriana.
She has extensive experience in labor law advice to national and foreign companies, mainly in matters such as negotiation of salary and non-wage benefits, development of policies associated with labor relations and welfare, management of administrative and judicial processes, as well as in other areas of business law that are related to the management of human talent.
